As an Enterprise Account Executive at Ashby, you will be instrumental in managing the full sales cycle to win enterprise accounts, focusing on new logo acquisition while also expanding existing customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Multi-year track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS technologies.
  • Ability to close $100K+ ARR sales.
  • Strong prospecting skills and pipeline management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Creative problem solver comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to tackle challenges.
  • Mastery of clear communication.
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition and HR tools is a bonus.
  • Network with Heads of Talent is a plus.
