Overview

As a Business Development Representative at Ashby, you will play a crucial role in building the outbound pipeline in the EMEA region, focusing on prospecting and new business account development.

In Short

  • Drive top-of-funnel pipeline by engaging high-quality prospects.
  • Work closely with Mid-Market or Enterprise AEs to develop account plans.
  • Personalize outreach messaging to increase engagement.
  • Test and contribute to new prospecting strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for campaign alignment.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience in a BDR, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, HubSpot/Salesforce, and other prospecting tools.
  • Fluency in English; German, Dutch, or French is a plus.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups.
