Mac Support Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mac Support Technician will provide onsite, email, and chat support for MacOS and iOS devices, troubleshooting, system configuration, and end-user support for both Mac and Windows systems.

In Short

• Provide onsite, email, and chat support for end user MAC and Windows systems.
• Configure and image, support, and troubleshoot Apple MacOS and iOS.
• Ability to troubleshoot requests remotely.
• Support Microsoft Office applications for Mac and Windows.
• 3+ years of MAC experience required.
• Experience in troubleshooting end-user hardware and peripherals.
• Knowledge of enterprise hardware/software.
• Knowledge of iPhone model thirteen or higher.
• Collaborate with various teams for support.
• Provide guidance to users of various skill levels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of MAC experience (MAC OS X version 10.10 to current).
• Minimum of three years’ experience in troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Demonstrated Mac proficiency and JAMF experience.
• Broad knowledge of technology hardware and software concepts.
• Thorough knowledge of peripherals (printers, monitors).
