Overview

Our growing Healthcare client is seeking driven Account Executives to represent their company with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities across the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring families transitioning out of care facilities find the right senior living or in-home care options. The ideal candidate is a competitive, results-driven sales professional with experience in healthcare or hospital sales.

In Short

  • Drive lead generation and move-ins to senior care communities by managing and growing a book of accounts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas by securing qualified patient referrals from assigned healthcare facilities.
  • Develop and expand relationships with discharge planners, case managers, doctors, and social workers through networking, cold calls, and presentations.
  • Educate families on senior care options and guide them through the selection process.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to achieve monthly targets.
  • Test and provide feedback on new sales initiatives, tools, and CRM improvements.
  • Travel locally within the assigned territory (5 days a week) to engage with accounts and referral sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and working cross-functionally.
  • Healthcare/hospital sales experience (highly preferred, especially in home health or hospice).
  • Experience presenting to customers, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, independent environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Benefits
