• Nursa is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Account Executive to join our team and cover the Missouri and Kansas markets.
• Must be located in Missouri or Kansas to be considered.
• Ideal candidates are experienced sellers, aren't afraid of prospecting, are intrinsically motivated and have a knack for problem solving.
• Account Executives expand Nursa's presence in new and existing markets.
• This is an incredible opportunity to be an early member of the Nursa Operations Team as we continue to grow at an exceptional pace.
• Compensation package for this role - $140k OTE with uncapped commissions.
• $70k base, $70k variable target.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably at a healthcare marketplace company.
• Demonstrated experience consistently hitting sales quotas.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and earn trust.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, startup, or other dynamic environment a plus.
• Experience selling to SNF's, AL's and long-term care facilities.
• Based in Missouri or Kansas.
