Overview

Elation is looking for an Account Executive with a keen interest in helping Elation grow its acquisition efforts to independent physician practices. This is a quota carrying role where we’re looking for a hungry, goal-oriented sales professional to take our team to the next level.

In Short

  • Lead a comprehensive sales process including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closings.
  • Conduct compelling virtual product demonstrations of EHR and billing solutions.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through inbound leads and cold prospecting.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Customer Experience and Product Development teams for seamless transitions.
  • Document all sales activities and pipeline updates in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Internalize company culture and represent it externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-3 years in a full sales cycle quota-carrying sales role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations in a virtual sales environment.
  • Strong intrapersonal skills and exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Groove/Outreach, Gong.
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
