Overview

The Vice President of Sales Oncology will play a critical role in shaping the launch strategy and execution plans for Arvinas’s inaugural commercial launch in oncology, focusing on the lead asset, vepdegestrant, in ER+, HER2- metastatic breast cancer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 15+ years of commercial experience.
  • MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience in launching key oncology products.
  • Significant leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to lead organizational change effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of U.S. payer and market access dynamics.
