Overview

Arrow is seeking a Sales Engineer - CloudHealth to provide technical direction and business guidance to our channel partner community in North America.

In Short

  • Provide technical direction and business guidance to channel partners.
  • Accountable for partner enablement goals through innovative technical programs.
  • Responsible for architecting solutions for channel partners.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams for account penetration strategies.
  • Lead discovery, analysis, design, and demonstration of technology solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in FinOps Public Cloud Management.
  • Create digital channel-ready technical content for social media.
  • Build relationships with account teams, partners, and end users.
  • Qualify CloudHealth sales opportunities based on technical requirements.
  • Must be able to travel to an Arrow office as requested.

Requirements

  • Functional knowledge of FinOps, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Prior experience in a pre-sales engineer or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Related industry experience and/or certifications preferred.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • High level of business and sales acumen.
  • Ability to conduct effective presentations and trainings.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree.
