Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative for Citrix within the Infrastructure Business Unit, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and administrative processes from quotation through to order fulfillment, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate service.

In Short

  • Prepare and manage customer quotations.
  • Accurately process incoming customer orders.
  • Respond to queries regarding pricing, product availability, and order status.
  • Act as the main point of contact for daily customer inquiries.
  • Maintain proactive communication on open quotes and opportunities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Credit Management and Customer Services.
  • Manage after-sales support including back orders and issue resolution.
  • Use CRM and administrative systems to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales colleagues to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in order processing, sales support, or inside sales.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work flexibly in a dynamic environment.
