Field Applications Engineer - FPGA Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Field Applications Engineer at Arrow Electronics, you will be helping our customers select and design-in FPGA’s while providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure success.

In Short

• Partner with Arrow sales teams in pre-and post-sales activities.
• Provide technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
• Work with customers to understand their design requirements.
• Attend supplier trainings in-person and via calls.
• Manage supplier and customer expectations through relationship building.
• Prepare and give sales presentations to customers.
• Meet with customers both on-site and virtually.
• Support Arrow branches across assigned region with 25% travel.
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• Represent a stable career position within the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of electronic design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience designing with FPGA's (HDL, Simulation, Verification).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Sales experience is beneficial.
