In Short

• Achieving Annual Sales Quota by creating compelling presentations and executing Proof-of-Concept engagements.
• Conducting research and interviews with prospects to understand their business objectives.
• Supporting secondary markets like Healthcare and Industrial Automation.
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer pre-sales technical blockers.
• Coordinating customer technical requirements with Product Management.
• Developing sales strategies in collaboration with Account Management.
• Creating technical articles to showcase RTI Technology and Business value.
• Attending tradeshows and events to promote products.
• Ability to travel 20-50% for on-site work.
• 5+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry in a technical role.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of OS and networking concepts.
• Expertise in C/C++ development and SDLC processes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience designing high-level technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
