Overview

The Technical Customer Success Manager (T.CSM) will help customers achieve strategic objectives and maximize value from the Armis Platform, aligning use cases with business goals and ensuring successful adoption.

In Short

  • Lead adoption and implementation plans for platinum-level customers.
  • Understand customer use cases and provide recommendations to improve security posture.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical stakeholders.
  • Act as the customer advocate within Armis.
  • Ensure deployment and configuration align with business use cases.
  • Stay current on third-party integrations with Armis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years in Customer Success Manager or related role.
  • 5+ years in network engineering or related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • 3+ years in IT, security, healthcare tech, or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and healthcare systems.
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 20–25% per quarter.
