In Short

  • Work with partners to deliver solutions that increase customer satisfaction and product engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations.
  • Train and assist partners on the product and program management.
  • Contribute to team goals around partner retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
  • Come up with creative ways to engage with partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in customer/partner success role, Partner or Direct Sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of the MSP and professional services space, preferably related to the cyber-security industry.
  • Passion about working in the partner community and experience in building a partner program.
