  • Help studio customers understand the value of our all-in-one solution.
  • Develop new and lasting relationships in various accounts.
  • Join a hardworking, high-energy inside sales team.
  • Focus on small and mid-sized studio businesses.
  • Excel at outbound sales efforts and track your pipeline meticulously.
  • Strong lead generation skills sourcing net new deals.
  • Own the entire sales & upsell process from prospecting to close.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting.
  • Communicate forecasted deal flow & contract terms regularly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technology sales experience with a preference for SMB SaaS.
  • Experience selling to restaurants, fitness studios, or small businesses.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple communications effectively.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and collaborative environment.
  • Deep understanding of outbound selling and prospecting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about Arketa's mission and how it can help customers.
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot for tracking & forecasting sales pipeline.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
