In Short

• Serve as the strategic and technical right-hand to the Manager of AI Enablement.
• Spend ~70% of time on technical architecture and ~30% on business alignment.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI architectures.
• Lead the design of secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Azure.
• Architect and integrate AI systems using multi-agent frameworks.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Establish frameworks for model monitoring and lifecycle automation.
• Create solution accelerators and best practices.
• Define and enforce standards for responsible AI.
• Mentor AI engineers and junior developers.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Solutions Architect or Senior AI Engineer in Azure environments.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and modern AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and lifecycle management.
• Deep knowledge of Azure AI services.
• Experience embedding AI into Microsoft 365.
• Strong ability to translate workflows into AI-enabled solutions.
• Track record of mentoring teams and establishing architectural standards.
• Expertise in enterprise data governance and compliance.
• Background in process automation and AI-driven workflows.
