ServiceNow Platform Architect - Remote

Overview

This role involves architecting and designing scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across all major modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM.

In Short

• Lead the implementation of platform-wide enhancements, integrations, and custom applications.
• Define and maintain architectural standards and security protocols for the ServiceNow platform.
• Evaluate and incorporate emerging ServiceNow capabilities into platform strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable features.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year ServiceNow roadmap.
• Promote adoption of out-of-the-box functionality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer required.
• Formal training in enterprise architecture frameworks and ITIL v4.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts within ServiceNow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms.
• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Proven track record of leading ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow data models and scripting.
• Experience designing platform expansion strategies.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
