The Remarketer I position at Holman involves establishing vehicle prices, managing auction sales, and ensuring compliance with marketing standards to maximize sales outcomes.

• Establish vehicle prices using ARI systems and industry data.
• Choose optimal remarketing channels for vehicles.
• Represent Holman at auctions using remote technology.
• Authorize vehicle repairs to enhance value.
• Review and verify sale paperwork for accuracy.
• Evaluate vendor performance and manage relationships.
• Assist in setting yearly residual values for assigned makes and models.
• Perform client demonstrations of the remarketing function.
• Inspect auction facilities to ensure compliance.
• Manage arbitrations according to NAAA policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of remarketing experience in a financial institution.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends in data.
• Ability to manage multiple auction platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
