Quality Analyst II - Remote

Overview

Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization that values treating customers and employees with respect. They are looking for a Quality Analyst II to enhance their quality assurance processes.

In Short

• Participate in requirements gathering and test strategy planning.
• Create, review, and execute test cases.
• Define test data and ensure product changes meet specifications.
• Communicate and track defects between the program and specifications.
• Develop and execute automated tests.
• Mentor QA testers and train others on product features.
• Manage test case coverage for products or projects.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Experience in multiple SDLCs including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA functional testing.

Requirements

• Four years of experience in IT QA.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and SQL.
• Experience with automation tools like Tosca.
• Understanding of major testing types including system and regression testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
• Experience directing and mentoring others in a QA team.
• Willingness to learn and work independently or in a team.
