Overview

The Tech Lead II at Holman will lead technical discussions, develop design artifacts, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with business goals while fostering collaboration across technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in .NET-based applications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Azure services for cloud-native applications.
• Strong SQL skills and database optimization experience.
• Leadership experience in delivering complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
