Overview

LightFeather is seeking an accomplished ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. This role requires a candidate with expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to support the division's IT modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, integration, and custom development, along with a strong background in leveraging ServiceNow to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve service delivery.

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Architect and deploy ServiceNow solutions across various modules.

• Develop and implement strategies for data migration and workflow automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 5+ years in architecture and implementation.
• Familiarity with AI integrations and federal compliance frameworks.
