Aretum, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Reengineering Specialist to join our team. As a Business Process Reengineering Specialist at Aretum, you will be responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and implementing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

In Short

• Develop, update, and maintain MS Power Apps and MS Power BI tools related to business process re-engineering efforts.
• Identify existing data sets that would be utilized or transformed for the business process reengineering program.
• Work with key stakeholders and users to gather, define, and document ‘as-is’ processes.
• Support FLETC data working group and other working groups, as necessary.
• Develop business process maps and translate functional requirements.
• Identify gaps, define the future state, and create specifications for enhancements.
• Provide analytical support to process development and improvement efforts.
• Work with program offices to define new areas of improvement and prioritize such improvements.
• Create/modify existing process models, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedure documents.
• Perform quality assurance on finished work products to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• Experience in business process reengineering and improvement.
• Proficient in MS Power Apps and MS Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Experience in process mapping and documentation.
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices.
