Senior Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Specialist - Remote

Overview

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Senior BPR Specialist who will be responsible for providing facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process reengineering across all phases, identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices, and supervision of business process reengineering.

In Short

• Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles.
• Duties include activity and data modeling and developing modern business methods.
• Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones.
• Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.
• Communicates with business and technical personnel at all levels.
• Assist with development and sustainment of PEO policies and procedures.
• Prepare and update program lifecycle products and documents.
• Provide recommendations to support strategic direction and objectives.
• Develop marketing/public relations plans and assist in program marketing.
• Provide technical support for acquisition reviews of programs and portfolios.

Requirements

• BA/BS required with ten (10) years of relevant experience.
• Four (4) years of experience in business process re-engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with EDI/XML electronic data exchange.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance.
