Scrum Master - TS/SCI - Remote

Overview

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Scrum Master to play a critical role with design, engineering, development, and deployment of software supporting DIA-Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) under our 10-year DOMEX Technology Platform (DTP) contract.

In Short

• Lead a multidisciplinary Agile team in building a streaming data pipeline.
• Conduct release and sprint planning using SAFe Agile methodology.
• Remove obstacles to enable teams to deliver high-quality code.
• Conduct regular data-driven retrospectives to improve processes.
• Anticipate project and implementation issues.
• Support areas that may become a concern and manage technical debt.
• Work on-site at the client location in Bethesda, MD, with some remote tasks.
• Must have an Active TS level clearance.
• Facilitate discussions and decision-making within the team.
• Improve team dynamics and maximize self-organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SAFe methodology.
• Strong knowledge in software development in an Agile or SAFe environment.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain a positive team environment.
• Must have an Active TS level clearance with the ability to obtain a poly.
• Proven ability to balance concurrent activities.
• Experience in coaching teams for Agile maturity.
