Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in startups or tech.
• At least 3 years in a dedicated People Operations or HR role.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and culture-building.
• Strong manager and mentor.
• Experience with cultural resets is a bonus.
• Background in high-volume hiring is a bonus.
• Proficiency in People Operations tools like Lever or Lattice.
• Compliance experience with remote/international teams is a bonus.
