Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, or marketing.
• Familiarity with retail operations and consulting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of retail math.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for retail, fashion, and sustainability.
• Results-driven mindset with revenue tracking ability.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
