Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Organizational Change Management Analyst will focus on the people side of change, delivering both onsite and remote programs to implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.

Requirements

• BS degree in business, communications, or psychology preferred.
• Experience as an OCM practitioner or in communication/professional development.
• BA or BS Degree in any field required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong desire to learn.
• Ability to travel if required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
