Overview

The Sr. Business Analyst is a proactive and take-charge professional responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives and managing projects with minimal supervision. This role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and opportunities in our existing business models and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant experience.
• 4+ years in an analytical role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Robust quality control skills for accuracy and reliability.
• Self-motivated and proactive, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and SQL.
