In Short

• Ownership of execution and implementation of company policies related to Treasury and Accounts Payable.
• Preparation of tax declarations and maintenance of tax balances.
• Monitor and track Tax Returns and Compliance Reports.
• Project manage tax and financial audit engagement.
• Maintain updated Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Advise on tax implications of secondments.
• Project manage reconciliation process between Winmentor and ERP.
• Oversee payroll process and payroll tax computation.
• Initiate all payments within the company.
• Collaborate with various finance teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Full accounting with medium tax/compliance background.
• Significant professional experience (10 years or more) in finance.
• Experience in a senior role in a medium/large organization.
• Able to think and analyze to develop pragmatic solutions.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Able to manage relationships and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Culturally adaptive.
• Well-developed verbal and written English.
• Excel & ERP proficiency will be a plus.
