Overview

As the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis - North America Commercial Operations, you will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the North American commercial business at Arc’teryx, supporting business strategy through ownership of the P&L across various channels.

In Short

• Lead the NAM FP&A team supporting Retail, eCommerce, and Wholesale channels.
• Act as the primary FP&A business partner for North America Commercial Leaders.
• Own the long-term five-year sales plan for North America.
• Develop and evolve weekly and monthly tracking reports.
• Provide variance analysis on financial and operating metrics.
• Coordinate sales planning meetings and materials.
• Collaborate on managing direct opex spend.
• Partner with Supply Chain for inventory and financial plan alignment.
• Evaluate retail store business cases with Store Development.
• Lead new store opening reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance within the retail industry.
• University degree in Commerce or Business Administration with CPA or MBA.
• Exceptional analytical and modeling skills.
• International business experience preferred.
• Ability to drive projects across an organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with BI tools and multi-platform environments.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
