  • Empower regional leaders to build vibrant, Aptos-aligned communities.
  • Develop a standardized playbook and shared backend infrastructure.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to amplify grassroots engagement.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive playbook for satellite communities.
  • Design and implement a unified backend system for coordination.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly syncs and quarterly summits.
  • Assess existing and potential satellite hubs for expansion.
  • Partner with regional leads to onboard high-potential builders.
  • Define and monitor OKRs and deliver monthly reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in community building or ecosystem development.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 and decentralized communities.
  • Proven ability to develop scalable processes and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills in managing cross-functional projects.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong judgment in evaluating proposals and partnerships.
  • Thrives in a startup-like environment.
