Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Track record of shipping consumer-facing products.
• Experience in early-stage startups and scaling products.
• Strong visual design skills demonstrated in real products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative in ambiguous environments.
• Curiosity about crypto, DeFi, and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication skills for explaining design rationale.
