Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing roles, ideally in web3 or ecosystem-driven companies.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and community-led marketing.
  • Exceptional project management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep empathy for builders and strong communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with performance metrics.
  • Passion for web3 and supporting decentralized projects.
