In Short

  • Conduct all patient-facing duties.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and redirect as necessary.
  • Review customer service tickets and resolve issues.
  • Communicate with patients regarding issue resolutions.
  • Assist with patient benefit eligibility and scheduling.
  • Ensure health insurance records are exchanged and added to patient records.
  • Enhance patient experience through customer service support.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team.
