As a Senior Software Engineer at Appspace, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software codes while leading a small team of Software Engineers.

In Short

Develop clean, readable, and maintainable software codes.
Lead a small team of Software Development Engineers.
Reduce technical debt through code refactoring.
Perform software architecture and code reviews.
Participate in estimating effort for assigned work.
Improve processes contributing to performance effectiveness.

Develop unit-testable codes with corresponding unit tests.

Empathize with the customer’s viewpoint in software design.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in an agile software development environment.
Significant experience in C#.Net, React, Angular JS, and related technologies.
Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
Familiarity with NodeJS, Python, and Go is a plus.
Experience in leading small development projects.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to work under pressure.
