  • Looking for a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager for BidMachine Premium Programmatic Advertising Exchange.
  • Focus on building relationships with partners and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for customer success.
  • Data-driven, proactive, and fluent in AdTech dynamics required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in AdTech.
  • Strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic trading.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills needed.
  • Opportunity to shape the customer success function in a fast-growing company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development in AdTech.
  • Strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, RTB, and programmatic trading.
  • Hands-on experience with demand-side partners and brand/agency clients.
  • Knowledge of key advertising metrics — CPM, eCPM, Fill Rate, ROAS, LTV.
  • Familiarity with attribution platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to create clear documentation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English.
