Overview

Appodeal is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer – AI & Business Automation to help design and build AI agents and automation platforms that power the future of our business.

In Short

• Design and develop intelligent agents powered by LLMs.
• Build agent workflows that integrate with external APIs, tools, and databases.
• Implement MCP servers to connect projects and data sources.
• Create and optimize prompts, manage context, and implement memory modules.
• Design and develop ELT platform and data pipelines.
• Build and maintain internal services used across the company.
• Review and provide feedback on code for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Contribute to internal documentation and engineering wiki.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Large Language Models.
• Hands-on experience with LLM agent frameworks.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering and context management.
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines.
• Ability to design and evaluate multi-agent architectures.
• 3+ years of experience in Python or full-stack development.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of modern software practices.
• Proficiency with Docker & Docker Compose.
• Strong communication skills in English.
