Appen is seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions team which supports our Sales organization. This role involves driving technical pre-sales engagement with prospective customers and architecting Enterprise data enrichment solutions.

In Short

Drive technical pre-sales engagement with customers.
Architect Enterprise data enrichment solutions.
Deliver in-depth technical product demos.
Support the sales cycle by eliminating technical objections.
Deliver proofs of concept and pilots.
Balance support for multiple Account Executives.
Act as a liaison with various internal teams.
Hands-on technical problem solver.
Experience in AI & ML domains preferred.
Desire to continuously learn about data science.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology company.
Working knowledge of scripting and coding.
Experience with AWS services.
Custom API development skills.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in customer-facing roles.
Knowledge of ETL workflows.
Experience with Large Language Models.
Comfortable with public speaking.
Ability to relate complex concepts to various audiences.
