Apollo.io is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Sourcer to join their Talent Acquisition team on a 6–9 month contract. This role is crucial for scaling Apollo.io’s Sales, Revenue, and Success organizations by identifying and engaging top-tier sales talent.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech companies.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing quota-carrying sales talent at scale.
  • Skilled in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo.io, and Greenhouse.
  • Comfortable working toward aggressive weekly targets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple roles.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
