In Short

• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support both referrals and outbound sourcing strategies for creative roles across marketing functions and Design.
• Attend intake meetings with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop a clear understanding of open roles.
• Create talent market maps, providing data-driven insights into the total addressable market.
• Conduct recruiter screens, assess alignment, and share recommendations with hiring managers.
• Build authentic relationships with passive talent through traditional and non-traditional methods.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of sourcing experience for design and marketing roles.
• Proven track record in developing relationships with hard-to-reach talent pools.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools.
• Well-versed in Boolean search techniques and CRM re-engagement.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
