• Own the end-to-end management and execution of industry recruiting activations.
• Design, pilot, and scale activation strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent sourced through activation events.
• Build market maps and share total addressable market insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiters and business stakeholders.
• Use data storytelling to evaluate the success of activations.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of high-volume sourcing experience.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and driving talent engagement activations.
• Proven project management skills.
• Experience sourcing and nurturing relationships with diverse talent.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms like Greenhouse, Gem, and SeekOut.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong data fluency.
