Overview

AOT Technologies is looking for a Manager/Senior Manager, Alliances, Partnerships, & Co-Marketing to join our Marketing team to help expand our global footprint through strategic alliances and high-impact co-marketing.

In Short

• Drive strategic alliances with global IT firms, ISVs, and distributors to expand reach and win new markets
• Manage onboarding, enablement, and ongoing collaboration with partners
• Engage with partners to plan and execute joint marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with sales, product, and talent management for internal alignment
• Analyze program effectiveness using CRM and marketing analytics tools
• Lead partner and alliance strategy across North America and select global markets
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop collaterals for co-marketing events and partner enablements
• Support partner-sourced opportunities and strengthen pitches
• Embed partner technologies into training and development plans

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, including 5+ in IT/SaaS
• 5+ years in client-facing consulting environments focused on IT services
• Proven success in designing and scaling alliance and co-marketing programs
• Strong knowledge of partner management platforms
• Experience with outbound email marketing
• Ability to develop technical case studies and client engagement communications
• Understanding of martech and project lifecycles
• Strong collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or IT
• Must be located in and eligible to work in Canada

• $85K–$115K CAD base salary, with total earning potential of $115K–$180K+
