Lead Flutter Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Flutter Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of mobile applications that are both easily testable and adaptable for future enhancements. In this role, you will assume full ownership of the codebase, establish best practices, and guide the team in addressing complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Flutter and Dart, a solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns, and demonstrated leadership in navigating technical challenges. A passion for exploring new technologies and continuously improving development practices is essential.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant work experience, including programming experience with Flutter in Dart
• Leadership experience guiding engineers through complex technical challenges
• Experience with software architecture paradigms and design patterns
• Experience with agile software development process
• Experience with multiple native development platforms, such as iOS or Android
