We’re looking for a Flutter Engineer to join a dynamic team of product engineers and designers. You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining a high-performance cross-platform mobile application while ensuring seamless user experiences.

In Short

Develop and maintain a Flutter-based mobile application for iOS and Android
Ensure app performance, security, and responsiveness across devices
Implement UI components with pixel-perfect precision and smooth animations
Work with Firebase/Firestore for real-time data and authentication
Write clean, testable code following best practices and UI testing with Playwright/Selenium
Optimize app performance, handle asynchronous data, and manage offline support
Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to define APIs and data structures
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous learning sessions

Requirements

3+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years using Flutter
Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc), and RESTful APIs
Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications)
Familiarity with mobile performance optimization, animations, and accessibility
Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
Enthusiasm for collaboration, pair programming, and continuous learning
