Overview

The Senior Tier 3 Support Engineer will provide multi-level database troubleshooting and technical support, working closely with client support staff and product development teams to resolve client issues and enhance existing services.

In Short

  • Provide multi-level database troubleshooting and support
  • Act as an interface between client support and product development
  • Perform fault reproduction and root cause analysis
  • Address software defects and advanced customer issues
  • Work with QA, Development, and Operations teams
  • Suggest enhancements to existing algorithms
  • Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
  • 4-7 years of experience in software development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with SQL and web technologies
  • Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD processes
  • Fluency in English at CEF B2 level or above
