Overview

The Order Management & Billing Analyst is a staff-level operations position responsible for processing and closing transactions in the sales systems, ensuring proper data flow to downstream financial systems for accurate invoicing and customer fulfillment.

• Process new sales and renewal contracts from Salesforce to Peoplesoft Financials.
• Maintain financial and administrative controls by reviewing sales deals and checklists.
• Monitor transactions for consistent data flow across multiple sales and finance systems.
• Handle complex transactions related to customer contracts and accounting.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for new and renewal transactions.
• Daily monitoring of automated billing processes and invoice delivery.
• Act as an authoritative source on existing customer and contract details.
• Participate in data/contract conversions associated with acquisitions.
• Support the organization with market-specific knowledge.
• Work collaboratively in a changing environment.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Strong customer focus.
• Ability to work with ambiguity in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Intermediate experience using Excel.
• Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above.
