Overview

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong customer service and engagement skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Multi-tasking and performing under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Understanding of SaaS systems.
