Overview

The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and billing issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience with internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
• Ability to type at least 25 wpm.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
