Staff Analyst, Marketing - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Staff Analyst to join our team as a senior individual contributor. This role will focus on optimizing the performance of our home repair and online marketplace platform by leveraging advanced analytics to drive strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 8+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce or marketplace-related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proven ability to develop and apply predictive models.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring junior team members.
