Senior Accountant, General Ledger - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Accountant in the General Ledger team at Angi®, you will play a key role in the month-end accounting close process, providing a solid foundation in corporate general ledger accounting.

In Short

• Join a dynamic general ledger accounting team.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Prepare consolidated reporting schedules.
• Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams.
• Maintain internal controls and assist with audits.
• Support special requests and ad-hoc analysis.
• 3-4 years of accounting experience required.
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Accounting/Business preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of accounting experience, including internships.
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Accounting/Business; CPA or CPA candidate a plus.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience with general ledger accounting systems, especially NetSuite a plus.
• Organized, high attention to detail, effective communication skills.
