Overview

As a Manager in Commissions Planning at Angi®, you will play a critical role in guiding the pro-facing Sales teams, ensuring accurate and efficient sales target-setting processes while collaborating with various departments.

In Short

• Own and centralize sales target-setting processes.
• Build automations to improve target-setting workflows.
• Refresh and standardize target-setting processes.
• Develop foundational Snowflake tables for commissions data.
• Create Looker dashboards for self-service reporting.
• Support commission payout analysis and modeling.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, and Analytics.

Requirements

• 4-7 years in compensation, finance, or sales operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Snowflake and Looker preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Detail-oriented with a mindset for scalable processes.
